If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned pieces must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure reasonable care is taken while the item is in your possession. All accessories, belts, and accompanying packaging must also be included.

UK returns are complimentary for full-priced items.

International returns are at the customer’s expense. Please contact our Client Services team to request a return, and we will guide you through the process.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customised ready-to-wear pieces.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding initial shipping charges. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
