How to Measure
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and smooth across the back.
Underbust
Measure directly beneath the bust where the bra band sits, keeping the tape firm and level all the way around.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point of the natural waist, typically an inch or two above the navel. Stand naturally — do not hold your breath.
High Hip
Measure around the body approximately 10 cm below the natural waist, across the upper curve of the hip and seat.
Low Hip
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, approximately 20 cm below the natural waistline, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
